Spirit Events takes pride in providing you with a first class facility and a reputation to match. Your event will be completely set up for you and customized to your specifications. Our prices vary according to the size of your group, day of the week, and range of services that we offer.
Rental Fees: The following prices include 4 hours of celebration time. Additional time can be purchased at $100 per hour - subject to availability. Please keep in mind that these fees include a complete set up of tables with linens, chairs, and decorations.To avoid extra charges, the building must be vacated no later than 1 hourafter the designated ending time.All Events must end by 11:00 p.m. All Fees include Lobby, Ballroom, Dining Room and Kitchen Space. Please note that wedding receptions are an additional $150 due to the extensive decorating provided by our staff.

The above pricing is for parties and banquets. Special pricing given to business meetings and those groups choosing Spirit Events as their ongoing meeting place. Call for details! Please note: A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. A refundable security deposit of $200.00 CASH is required by the Thursday before your event.This deposit is separate from the deposit you put down on your event.It is for security purposes only and may be picked up the following week provided our clean up policy is followed, no damage has been done to the property, and no other charges have been incurred.
